Good prompt service. We focused on having the grills based on recommendations from friends we had noodle and stir fry dishes here in the past and they were an acquired tastennWe did have the mixed dips as a starter and the bread was a highlight, and the dips flavoursome.nnThe lamb skewers were cooked to perfection. One may argue over seasoned however I didn’t mind the cumin heavy seasoning on it. Personally loved the grilled chicken wings thought they were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. A very flavoursome Ayran was had which complemented the grilled meat well.nnThe rice that came with the meal I wasn’t a great fan of, but that’s a matter of personal preference. The salad was okay.nnWe would certainly return for the grills, next time we’ll skip the rice and have the grilled meats and dips served together as we feel they would go together nicely.
You will love to dining here if you like spicy foods. All the foods we ordered were delicious but it’s bit too salty for me.nFor the lamb kebab , the texture was really good, tender, juicy. You must be trying it.
we had a good time over there. We had taken Mix Kebab meal & gumbamadak Kormisi.nMix Kebab meal: chicken and beef were too good with salad. But the rice was an average.nngumbamadak Kormisi: it was wonderful. Though the meat portion was not Enough compared to the price but the taste was very good.nOn Weekend please book a table before going there. They close taking order 30 minutes prior to the closing time.nOverall it was a good experience.
This food is delicious! So much to choose from on menu. Thank you Silk Road we will come back again
I ordered lamb shank with rice for takeaway, first time they put very little rice, so I called and explained to the owner that the portion of rice isn’t right and i been served very little rice to what I normally get as I buy food here regularly, he apologised and said he’s got new kitchen staff and he will let his staff know for next time and when I order next to mention the issue and they will rectify. Tonight I ordered the same food and I mentioned what had happened few days ago when I ordered this food and the lady on the phone that took my order said she will let the kitchen staff know. I went and picked up my food and when I got home and opened the box it was exactly the same with barely any rice and they charge $30 for it. Before this food was $25 with good portion size now they are charging $30 and it’s even less food than before. I don’t know if there’s shortage on rice in the restaurant. No wonder it’s always quiet when i go there. And when I called again to tell the lady that again they barely put any rice she laughed over the phone.nVery disappointed. Disrespectful staff and I don’t recommend this place.
