Where do we start with Sienna Homes, my wife and I met with consultant back in March 2017 and liked one of the houses. We went forward with a quote which took 8 weeks (took forever!!!) to finalize. Initially had communication issues with our sales consultant with no correspondence to emails or phone calls which was very frustrating considering we are first home buyers and new to the process. Currently we have selected our colors and have been told that our elevation drawings would take approx 2 weeks to come through for our approval.. Its now been over the 2 week mark and have not heard any thing about what stage these drawings are at nor are we getting any communication to let us know. Its really disappointing as the customer service that has been provided to us has not been first class service since we placed our first deposit. We are at the stage where we are thinking of cutting all ties with Sienna homes because of the lack of communication and poor customer service. Shame it has come to this stage....VERY DISAPPOINTING. ****** Currently at the frame stage, will keep anyone that is wanting to build with Sienna Homes updated on their service and build quality *****

Sienna homes have been a pleasure to deal with. Very happy with the level of service. Special thanks to SCOTT & NATHAN (building supervisors). They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Will definitely build through Sienna again. Thanks guys

We built with Sienna Homes and are very pleased with our beautiful new home. From the Sales process with Pierre to all the many staff who made the changes we requested, to Zoe who supported us with all our questions and updates throughout the build, to Hayley who has coordinated the very minor maintenance items that needed to be addressed, the staff are a true credit to the success of the company and make the building process easy. Sienna Homes are a professional company who genuinely care about the customer's experience while building one of their homes. I have built 6 homes to date with various builders and Sienna Homes have left a lasting positive impression to the point that I would build another home with them without any hesitation. For anyone considering building a new home, look no further as Sienna Homes will certainly deliver the perfect home.

We are currently in the process of building with Sienna Homes we had Colleen Murray as our sales consultant and she was fantastic and helped us every step of the way being first home buyers we needed all the help we could get. We have been to our colour selection walk through which was also extremely helpful I couldn’t imagine turning up and being expected to pick everything so we are now more prepared for when that time comes. We are now just waiting for our land to title before we take the next steps but will post another review once we finish our build but so far so good.
