I had five blinds installed in Hawthorn, Melbourne and couldn't be happier. They were two weeks over the delivery date which is the only reason I didn't give them 5. The young guy installer was on time on the day, tidy and clean and a though gentleman. I couldn't recommend the quality of the blinds more highly.

I booked an appointment with Rob for a measure and quote for the 25th of October at 9:30, I waited all morning for Rob to show but nothing so I gave him a call at around 11am, Rob answered and said he was running a bit late, I was fine with that so we made it for a bit later and I went off and did some shopping, etc. A few hours past and I got back to the house and waited some more for Rob to show up, he still hadn’t so I called again… Rob asked if we could make it next weekend, and that he would call me during the week to organize what time for the 1st of November. All week I waited for the call… nothing. Saturday came and he didn’t show up… Monday morning I called Vistas office and questioned them about the appointment and why nobody had showed up for the measure and quote… They told me to hang on a sec because Rob was standing right next to them and they would ask him… He said that one of the office girls was suppose to call. So the woman I was talking to apologized and rebooked my appointment, this time for the 8th of November with Rob and 4pm. Third time lucky? NO!! Rob… a no show, again. I received a text from Rob the night before (Friday) “Hi Renae, Just confirming your appointment for tomorrow at 4pm?” and my reply “Yep that’s fine, see you then”, I was home all day, and nobody showed up. Really pathetic and unprofessional. There was no need to waste my time, if Vista didn’t want the job all they had to do was say that. I would like to thank Vista for one thing though… Thank you for stuffing me around earlier rather than later.

THANK GOD ITS OVER!!! STAY AWAY FROM VISTA!!! My blinds were supposed to be installed in January 2014, after 3 AND A HALF MONTHS of waiting, arguing, being lied to, MANY unreturned calls, wrong installations attempts, excuses upon excuses and unprofessionalism, i finally got my blinds. Throughout this ordeal I've had: -the salesman got the order form wrong, (how hard is it to tick the right boxes?) -the installer got the measurements wrong. -they were supposed to be installed in jan which came and went, after many unreturned phone calls i was finally told ''we've put the order in today and they're 2 weeks away'. This order was placed weeks AFTER they should have been installed!!! -Next the installation date was delayed. -Finally in late Feb it came time to install, and guess what ... They were the WRONG ones. Wrong widths AND too short. To their credit they did get the colour right!! -A WEEK later, after many more unreturned phone calls i got hold of staff member to see what was happening with my order and was told 'we havnt got around to it yet'.... Seriously, after being late AND wrong? WTF?? -A MONTH, (yes a month) had passed by, we rang to see what was happening and were told 'we don't know where they are', either WA or VIC. ..... Seriously?, after a month! -They had been lost as 'their IT systems were down and they were manually looking'. -After days of them looking and being told 'the blinds were not in the state' we had had enough and ordered a refund. Then SURPRISE!!!! They instantly turn up and can be installed 2 days later!.... An hour after they had just told us they were not in the state...wtf?? -They installed them... MINUS 2 WINDOWS!!!!!.. SERIOUSLY they've had MONTHS to get this right! -THREE WEEKS after that, On sat 5th april, they're ready to be installed. Guess what..... WRONG LENGTH!!!!!!!!....... AGAIN!!!! Yes AGAIN!!!..... no really... AGAIN!!! Vista! Seriously WTF!!! You would think by now that they would've gone into damage control mode and try to get it done... NOPE! For another week my blinds sat on the warehouse floor. No manager or staff bothering to do a short drive to get them altered. I asked to speak to the manager but to no avail............. as 'the managers phone was broken' (no seriously thats what they said) Apparently no Skype, emails or sharing of office phones at vista. To Michelle the manager at Vista, you need to grow up, show some responsibility, act like a manager and be more accountable to your customers, especially when things go so wrong, so many times over such a length of time. Are you not embarrassed that you get your subordinates to make the calls you're too scared to make? Ask yourself: would you put up with the level of service you provided?. Pathetic
