One of my favourite pizza bars in Adelaide. Delicious Italian wood fire pizzas. The gnocchi is amazing! I’ve been here many many times and have had a consistently great experience. Staff is amazing and service is fantastic. Prices are on the high end but worth it. I’ll recommend dining here!
We had pizza for dinner in this Italian restaurant and we left satisfied. We ate a pizza with salami that had a strong taste but good, then a prosciutto with white base. You can’t see from the picture but in the centre, under the prosciutto, it was a bit burnt; this because I asked it without tomato sauce and you should add more cheese to avoid the pizza to burn. But besides that, all the ingredients were good and I love when it’s used fiordilatte cheese instead of mozzarella, because it tastes even better. Staff was also polite.
Went for dinner with mates on a Friday night. The pizza are yummy and customer service was excellent too. Overall we had a very enjoyable dinner at Sicily. Will be back again for sure.
We popped in for dinner on Saturday night - opening Fringe weekend. The service was fast and friendly. And the pizza was absolutely amazing and their menu overall is very well priced, consider the quality of the products they use. We’ll definitely be going back again really soon. Thank you Team Sicily
We ate here tonight and I can’t agree with other reviews giving Sicily in Rundle St, and 8 out of 10 Service - friendly staff, but we were forgotten, pizza-our order was for one with anchovies and olives - 2 anchovies plonked in one section on top on top of each other and 3 olives in total. Don’t get me wrong, in Sicily and all over Italy you certainly get a bit more than what we were served. Only had a fork on our table and had to take some from the vacant table next to us, even after asking the waitress Sorry - could be so much better :
This time we had a margarita and the pizza prosciutto and salad . Pizzas were absolutely delicious nice thin base, sauce taste good not over powering well balanced. How ever the prosciutto on the pizza was tad oily. Service was good and friendly Overall it’s very good we will be back.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse pizza. I’m not sure if it was just the high expectations, or if it really was that bad. It was soggy to the point of not being able to pick up properly, even with a knife and fork. Like a soggy layer of lasagna. It was covered in tomato sauce. Drenched, in fact. I ate the crusts and that was it. Couldn’t believe it and for a price point of $29, you expect a quality feed. It looked as if most other plates were of similar quality around us, and my only guess is they were rushing them through the ovens to get them out to the number of customers. That is no excuse though. You should not let the quality of your food be outdone by the amount of people you let through the door.
AMAZING! Went today with some friends, one of them coming from other city and everything was great. The pizzas were delicious, very tasty and the size was perfect. My friends ordered the Sicily beer and it was awesome. The service was 15 out of 10, Danilo and Carlos hosted us like friends, checking on us all the time and having super friendly conversations. Shout out to the Chef as well as the food was great! The ETA and Australianu pizzas are top we had 3 pizzas and couple of drinks and paid $40 each. I highly recommend the place, definitely will come back soon! I couldn’t take pictures of the food, it was that good that I forgot about the photos!
Pizzas are good here. 100% live up to their name. Decent variety options to choose from their menu. The other foods is good too. No faults here. Nice cozy chilled setup. Staff are friendly.
If I could rate this with no stars I would. Attended on Saturday night with a booking at 5.30. We rang in advance to let them know we were running 5-10mins late. The response on the phone was rude and dismissive. Once we arrived, we were seated on the footpath, being constantly knocked by members of the public. When we asked to move the table off the footpath, we were flatly denied. We decided to do a feed me option which consisted of antipasto, salads and pizza. We waited an entirety of 60 mins between our first meal and our last. Our table had already been cleared by staff prior to our final dish coming out…which was the salad!! We made the decision to retrieve the bill, and ask for this to be removed. When we went to settle the payment, the horrible man behind the counter was extremely aggressive and not understanding of this very reasonable request. Heated words were exchanged, and the man decided to take $10 out of their tip jar to compensate for this. It was thrown at one of my friends in the most disgusting way. I will never return. Do not waste your time. If you cannot handle the number of customers during fringe season, who have booked well in advance, don’t offer!
