Shuji Sushi Story

Shuji Sushi is a Victorian based food retail business specializing in Japanese cuisine. Sound business practices, quality products and services and a passion for making customers happy, has seen the company achieve solid growth over its short history. The network currently consists of a growing number of locations throughout Melbourne CBD and inner suburbs, with solid plans for national expansion in the near future.

The Shuji Sushi concept was conceived and brought to fruition by Eric and Zar Lee. Eric and Zar were determined to offer their customers an aesthetically pleasant and tasty Japanese culinary dining experience, insisting on the use of quality and fresh ingredients and their own secret recipes.

Since inception Shuji Sushi locations have maintained exceptional standards of food and service in accordance with Shuji Sushi’s short, yet distinguished history.
