Two lovely waitress, a lovely barrista although he was on his mobile phone, the store manager appeared to have her sister as a guest and was still working hard in the background. I ordered a latte and nourish bowl. Both food and drink were good. Both waitresses were kind, and were quick to clear and clean tables for the next guests. Lunch was a lovely, relaxed experience.
A group of us had the high tea. A good variety of nibbles. Cakes, sandwiches and sausage roll were tasty but the spinach quiche was watery and bland. I was also disappointed that they don't honour the seniors discount any more.
Will never come here again. Barely anything was available for drinks. Ordered an iced chai and it was warm no ice and just tasted off.
Nice coffee. Nice light lunch options. I had the ‘Nourishing Bowl’ with chicken and balsamic salad and it was lovely. Absolutely horrible service though. Was ignored at the register until it was my turn to order then I was rushed through. Table service was rude. The salted caramel tart had no flavour, except for the sickly sweet icing. Will not be rushing back
Service was good but had the Benny but poached eggs over cooked or pre-done and heated, I don't know about everyone else I like my poached eggs runy with my eggs Benny
Coffee was well textured, barista seems very experienced and delightful. Ordered ham Benny and received bacon, hollandaise is most definitely pre packaged; texture was nowhere near homogeneous, oil speckled the sauce heavily. No garnish, no cracked pepper. Turkish bread was nicely textured but the meal as a whole was overwhelming with fats. Needs improvement.
Had an omelette and big breakfast, was really greasy and most items on the big breakfast were burnt. Didn't taste nice at all. Asked for a hot chocolate that was just warm and not nice at all. Hubby had a coffee asked to be extra hot and it was luke warm at best. Definitely won't be going back to this place again.
Very, very good service. Good quality food, very polite staff. Made exactly what we asked for extra crispy bacon - most completely miss this point when we request it and bacon comes out too soft Will definitely return here! Edit - have returned, and the quality of food was not as good. Bacon undercooked, eggs over cooked, so previously perfectly crispy bacon seems to have been a fluke. Very disappointed, will not return
Ate there this morning at opening for Breakfast and can't fault the experience. Welcomed when my friend and I walked in, nice service when being delivered the orders and thanked for coming when leaving. Great work to the 2 ladies there at opening :
The staff today went above and beyond to ensure my small daughter's food was gluten-free, they were just so kind. The food and coffee was lovely as well - thank you Donna and the young trainee for helping us.
