Lovely experience here today, the guy at the admin desk was so polite and professional and when he saw my young girls sitting and waiting he put on a Disney film for them to watch! Little things like that make a lovely difference for parents who have to have children in a waiting room. Dr was also very lovely, we will go back.

Where do I start... After making an appointment for 11:50am I thought I would do a service (as I always do) and show up for my appointment 10 minutes early. I arrive at 11:40am with no one at reception. I stand at the desk for about 5 minutes and ring the bell. Still no one. I proceed to then sit down and hopefully wait for someone to show up. About 15 minutes later, two receptionists walk in. I thought no bother, they were most likely just out to quickly grab some lunch. I walk up to one of them and politely tell them that I have an appointment. She replies, "yes I'll tell the doctor now." After another 30 minutes (3 people waiting including me) I walk back up to the receptionist and ask as to why I've waited for almost an hour? The same receptionist then asks me if I've 'checked in.' To which I then reply, "yes, I did, about half an hour ago, with you." The receptionist then looks at me, as if to call me out for being a liar. Not only were the two of them rude, but also completely incompetent and tried to lecture me on the etiquette of 'checking in' when I arrive. How can I possibly 'check in' when, firstly no one was around for about 15-20 minutes and secondly, if I already did 'check in' why should I 'check in' again? I've being going to Sherwood Medical for around 2 years and not once have I ever had any bad experiences. But a change of staff along with incompetency has just sent that place down the toilet...

Founds Drs to be very good both with my care and my son's every visit.Like most Dr's they can run late and do so allow yourself enough time for these delays.I can recommend this practice for families.

Give five stars for receptionist as she was exceptional, from phone booking to greeting and filling in the admin form. I cant say the same for Doctor. Seemed disinterested in his job waiting for his day to end. Needed a nurse to remove a risky mole as he was not capable, so after looking blankly at me for a couple of minutes, I asked if I should find a Doctor to remove it, to which he said yes. Very unprofessional. Think it was a medicare numbers game for this guy.
