The customer service is seriously lacking. Every time I have gone into this branch, I try to convey my questions as respectful and kind as I can. Unfortunately, the representatives I have spoken to seem to take questions as a personal attack and argue their answers. I am always left feeling my questions hadn’t been answered and bullied.

Awful customer service. When you ring for over an hour and you leave a message and you still don't get a call back. I'd be in my right mind to change insurers. Also have stuffed up my roadside assist, over charged me and put it both of my cars, which I only need one policy as it is total care. Unreal.

My husband and & I want to say a big Thank you to the RACV staff that helped us when our vehicle broke down.  Each staff member was very friendly, helpful and professional.  Our vehicle and us got home safely with very little stress.

Pay for towing need a tow refuses to cover it

Fast service, easy to talk to operators. Towie was a looker too
