Came into this branch a week ago to close an account. The girl behind the counter was polite but I don't think new what she was doing, so instead of asking just told me i would receive a letter. Account is still open accruing charges and interest. I have to go into another branch now which is not convenient at all to try and get it closed as they cannot do it over the phone. I think perhaps Shepparton staff should be trained better, or indeed trained to ask questions at the very least.
Here staff don’t know how to print proof of balance. They are so slow.
Short of personnel who will attend for you when you open your bank account.
Had some trouble with ATM, trying to reset a pin for my new card & was locked out.
Why is there a business change machine in the foyer open 24/7 that always seems to be broken down or out of change?
