I recently had my car serviced here in Shepparton thinking that the dealership would service the car properly but this could not be further from the truth. They never checked the air conditioning unit but on invoice it stated all air conditioning components checked and working correctly. this is quite strange as it never work prior to going in and the fan does not work on high. The battery terminals were not checked either one was cracked right through which caused a break down in Melbourne this was extremely stressful for me and my disabled son. Who knows what else they didn't check. Being a single mum it is hard enough let alone paying over 380 dollars in labour for the service alone with a total of over 560 dollars, only to have a break down that was 100% preventative if the service would have been carried out correctly. the only assistance the dealership offered was they would pass the complaint to the service manager.

Worst service I have ever come across in my life. Trying to purchase two cars was all to much for this dealership. No one could get back to me or call me when they said they were going to call me repetitively across numerous days. But having the manager unhinge and abuse me after I stated we wouldn't be doing business with this dealership really took the cake. Wouldn't reccomend this particular dealership to anyone.

My elderly parents had a problem with their car recently They came to this service centre and were so relieved that they did! The service they received was excellent! The problem was solved when another dealership were unable to fix or diagnose? They were so happy with the professional way their problem was handled. Courtesy driver so they could go elsewhere was provided instead of waiting around. Well done to the service centre and Thank you from Alan & June from Echuca Would highly recommend !
