Okay so I was working in the area and had a broken drivers side mirror called them up they said they had one in stock and to bring the car in. I get there they say the break lines have been recalled it will take an hour to fix I’m like okay no worries don’t want dodgy breaks, 3 hours later the car comes out with a broken mirror still turns out they didn’t have one in stock and have to order one in. I end up leaving the area without a new mirror so the next place I’m in I book my car in to get serviced and the mirror changed they said they called the fleet company and Darryl Twitt has charged for the mirror and they wouldn’t pay again so I call them they said they would refund the fleet company I’ve had to call them 4 times now and still no refund!!!! What a joke.

terrible service, called 3 times to change a booking, still no response. also barely ever offer a loan vehicle even when booked in advance, and always seemed to have unavailable appointments for the next 2-3weeks. previous services also never fixed problems that i told them about. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Rob has been an amazing salesperson. He gave me a discount, time to sort my personal finances, freebies and a full tank of gas. What more can you ask for? The process has been very smooth and I loved how professional and welcoming they are. Lachlan was also in charge of our finances which I has done all the paper work who was very accommodating and knowledgeable.

They took the stress out of buying my first ever new car. Professional and at the same time, very warm and friendly. Every member of this team I dealt with was fantastic. Thanks Travis, your a true rockstar!

Do not under circumstances take your CAR to this dealer,  To date they, broke the clips on my front bumper, left scratches throughout my interior. Left my windows down and filled my interior with dirt. I was told my car on 5 different occasions my car was complete! The timing was out and they put the wrong spark plugs in my car. Meanwhile this is a brand new car!!!!!!!  Incompetence at its finest.  The rude, unprofessional manager made me feel like it was me complaining about nothing! You damaged my brand new car!  Now I am left to fix your mistakes.

What wonderful service from a great team of people at Darryl Twitt Ford Shepparton! Highly recommend the sales consultant we dealt with Moreno Debernardin and Lachlan Mcintosh in the finance office!! Five stars for sure. Thanks again

I took my car in to you today replace a light globe in my fiesta. Simple enough..everyone was very obliging...$45 !!! Really!!!  But invoice said ' identified problem'.....oh thanks...but I thought I told you left side light..I bought my car off you and got my sevices done with you until the bill was just too expensive.....so I went elsewhere.  After today I'm still going elsewhere....robbers!!

Have just taken delivery of my new Jaguar F pace and the team at Shepparton Jaguar/ Land Rover couldnt have treated me better, I got a GREAT CAR , GREAT DEAL , and a GREAT EXPERIENCE all round. So once again A BIG THANKYOU to Cameron & Lachlan  and the team. PS you really need to create your own Jaguar / Land Rover  google page and not a shared one.

Great friendly team. Bought 2 cars there in past 6 months through 2 different sales assistants and have been nothing but genuine both times
