Just purchased a Miele vacuum cleaner. Very pleased with it. Lee was very helpful with the info on it even carried it to the boot. Great service, better than some of these big shops. Will definitely go there again.
Received a phone call 10 minutes after placing order online and my new chest freezer was delivered the next morning. Now I’ve found someone that delivers to my place in Noosa hinterland so many places refused last time I tried I’ll be back when I need something else.

Been trying for 6 weeks to get a replacement part for an appliance I bought from them only 4 months ago. They don't contact me about it as they promised. I went in twice, and phoned once. They have no record of ordering the part for me, they don't know who to ask at the suppliers, can't guarantee me any results.....hopeless. I bought the part on ebay instead, it was easier.
Manager was extremely rude and judgemental , what I get for trying to shop local I guess , my family and I will be taking my business to noosa from now on
