Attention everyone!!nnReddy Express has big problem in their payment system. They charged me twice in one transaction and they just left you waiting desperately for their reply.nnIf you go to their staff, they will tell you there is nothing they can do but only contact their office.nnLife is short and valuable, let’s not waste anytime on this shit.
Bought a ‘wash max 2’ vouchers for 2 washes on 27/7. Had 60 days to use. First wash on day of purchase, was fine.nnSecond time came back on 21/9 within 60days machine was broken. Told by a staff ‘it’s been broken last few weeks’ and to call next time check if it works.nnCalled today 5/10 told by the same female staff who served me last two times to come in she’ll give me a new code. Came in, gave her all the receipts, she started questioning me saying ‘the machine was working last four weeks’….what?!nnEventually gave me a new code, but with A LOT of attitude. She seemed to have forgotten all the information she gave me, and the fact that the machine was actually broken.nnAnyway, not worth it guys, just wash your car at home.

I went to this Coles Shell petrol station at 1:30 a.m. today. The elderly white cashier was muttering angrily and rushed through the payment. I didn’t even get a chance to scan my Flybuys card. His attitude was really bad, and I felt very disappointed.nnI’ve been here before around the same time, and the Indian staff member was very friendly. I didn’t expect to meet such a rude and disrespectful cashier this time.nnIf you can’t treat customers properly, you shouldn’t be working here. His behavior was upsetting and caused emotional discomfort.
