Very unsatisfied. Got threading done, I had to ask to have a look and when I did she barely took away any stray hairs. I asked her  to do it again and then she still left hairs in-between my eyebrows which is the main purpose for getting a thread/wax anyway. While I was there I saw another customer having the same service and she also had to request the lady redo missed hairs. Just seems this staff member in particular didn’t care about the quality of their service. Very disappointingService:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading

The owner was down to earth and humble. The staff - 2 girls who did my facial, hair colouring and hair spa were very professional in their work process. I highly appreciate their customer service by being polite to the customers who were walking in and adhering to their needs by being flexible with their time slots.  Price at this salon is on the lower side when compared to many others. Great value for money. I am so pleased I went there and will continue to do so. Recommend Shehnaz Salon to all ages- young and elderly, party and Bridal work- all are done with utmost care. Thankyou to all staff.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Never ever will book again. Cancelled my appointments two times and emailed me to book another day for hair cut. Poor services and I will not recommend this salon.

Just booked an appointment online , got confirmation by email from one of their staff with a change in timing email… we confirmed new timing went there and just got such a bad customer service feel ashamed they treated ver rudely with no welcome nothing just how can i help we said about our appointment she be like oh I don’t know about your appointment I can’t do anything she didn’t asked who booked nothing no regret no sorry such a bad service never ever going there again!! Just a Name of Shehnaz salloon in terms of service itz zero!!

I believe that someone that was learning did my eyebrows for myself and my sister, both of us left with uneven brows my sisters are patchy and I have one brow that is thinner than the other. I understand that people need to learn that part is fine it's that this person was left unsupervised, and we were not informed that this person was learning and they had to get one of the senior staff to come and attempt to rectify the problem without at any stage keeping me informed. This is poor practice and I won't be back.

The staff are very friendly. I look good & best of all is I called them on near to closing time but they understand my emergency and make me ready for my son’s weaning ceremony! special  thanks to SoniaService:&nbsp;Makeup services
