Brazilian Beauty Clayfield

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE My experience at Brazilian Beauty, Clayfield was anything from Satisfactory. I would not advice anyone to visit this clinic if you want good service and the excellent treatment you require and pay for. If I had known then it was privately owned I would never have gone there. The owner doesn’t want to know or care about client service or the unprofessional ability of her staff. Please read about my experience. In October 2016, I had my eyebrows tattooed. Brazilian Beauty has defined this procedure as ‘Feather Touch Brows’ whereby the strokes are supposed to look like your natural hair lines on your brows. This treatment was supposed to include a consultation, Feather Touch Brow Tattoo treatment and a perfection visit, 4 weeks after the first appointment to have the brows touched up and perfected. After the first treatment by a consultant, I then noticed each eyebrow was one long blob of colour instead of being the ‘Feather Touch Brow’. I was extremely disappointed with this as I had been asked by Brazilian Beauty, Clayfield to pay the total amount upfront. Apparently the consultant had cut the lines too close to each other and these had bled together. This was a very unprofessional job. When I returned for my 4 week appointment in Early November, I was told that there was no booking for me and I would have to be booked for early December. By now I was not happy! When I returned to the clinic in December for my ‘touch up and perfection’, I was told that the first consultant no longer worked there and another would be doing the work. I let the manager know in no uncertain terms how unhappy I was. At this appointment the consultant tried to rectify the problem with the blending of the colour by cutting the brows and inserting a neutral colour to try to break up the long line of colour. I was told by the Manager of Brazilian Beauty, Clayfield that because of their mismanagement of my brow treatment the next consultation would be complimentary and booked me in for early January. The manager at this clinic cancelled the appointment the afternoon before I was due to return for the treatment. By now, I was absolutely ropeable. I made an official complaint to Brazilian Beauty Head Office, Brisbane. Because of this I have received treatment to rectify the problems with my brows. This was performed at Brazilian Beauty Creek Street (City), Brisbane. They are a very professional and helpful clinic which I would thoroughly recommend. Although my brows are not exactly what I wanted initially they are a 100% improvement on the treatment I received at the Clayfield Clinic. If you want a professional job done with a professional and experienced consultant don’t go to Brazilian Beauty Clayfield.

I love the place! Rebecca and her team really know how to treat a girl. I recommend them for waxing, facials, tans and massages! If in doubt go check them out!

honestly I wont let anyone else touch my eye brows but these guys, The girls always manage to squeeze me in for last minute appointments too! I always walk away feeling better about my brows!

I was so pleased the girls could squeeze me in for a spray tan at the last moment and no only that, also a eyebrow wax. As a professional in the beauty industry it was the first I had had my eyebrows done by someone else and become very concerned with them coming out too thin. Cat was perfect and listened to all my concerns. They are amazing I love them. Thankyou so much xx

I've been coming to the Clayfield salon for years. Therapists come and go like in any salon, but overall I've found the quality and level of service has been great! I love you guys! :P
