I experienced a very bad service in the shop. I purchased a water flosser there, but I changed my mind later. So I decided to refund the item. That lady and man two staff had a very bad attitude saying that they were not required to refund the item if I just changed my mind. I did not open the package, I kept the receipt and I went to refund it in 21 days after purchase. They rejected my request. After I read the refund policy at home cautiously, my situation satisfied the policy conditions, so I called the customer service to refund my item in the shop. I went there twice in order to get refund, which wasted my time and that lady was very rude saying they don’t refund it, only because I changed my mind! That’s so ridiculous. It was my first time buying things that I was told cannot be refunded. That lady even gave me a funny suggestion that I can give the water flosser to others. What a good suggestion! I will never be back to this shop again!

I purchased a body groomer few weeks ago and It doesn’t work properly and not satisfied with product at all even they claim satisfaction guarantee So I decided to replace the item. That lady and man two staff man had a very bad attitude They rejected my request. I will never be back to this shop again! Very unprofessional never recommend anyone to go to this store And sorry I forgot to mention that this guy also used my body groomer on his arm and return it back to me It’s disgusting and sametime a matter of hygiene and safety I have to throw this groomer in bin now Very disappointed how can u hire unprofessional people like this
I came here on Monday to buy a new electric shaver, as my old one had died. The gentleman who served me was a helluva nice bloke. He was highly knowledgeable and most informative too. I received top service. And I’m already loving the new product. Thanks so much!
This was the only store that I went to where a staff member knew the workings of a water flosser, I had been to four other stores three being pharmacy's and the staff knew nothing on this particular item, including the pharmasist and we not very helpful at all. The Shaver Shop in Joondalup was extremely helpful, had a good understanding of the workings of this item and was able to explain it to me so I understood what he was saying. Very polite staff and very eager to help where help was definitely needed. I am extremely grateful for their help. 9/10 for my shopping experience, will definitely go back.
I had to return a faulty toothbrush just over 1 year old, with receipt. Was replaced immediately with no questions or fuss. Great customer service.
I walked in just to browse for a new mid-range electric shaver and walk out with a bag of product worth $500. The sale assistant gave me a 40 min lecture about shavers and shaving in general. He was super prepared on everything and gave me a lot of tips and info about a wide range of products. I have been shaving for about 16 years and despite trying myriads of products I always had problems with skin rashes and irritations but thanks to this sales assistant my problems belong to the past! It came with a price but it's been one of the best customer experience of my life. Thank you Jordan!
The woman work there adds an oil $4 without tell me. After seeing the final price. I ask her why she put me that. She say, it's recommended to have it. But, after looking the product on internet, I can’t use it for my product. A thief!
I just went to this shop. It's located in the basement. I forgot my charger for a Phillips shaver in Europe. The staff was so friendly he provided me a charger for free. Thank you very much. I would definitely come back to buy one when mine is broken.
After a terrible experience at another store i found this shop and decided to have a look . straight away i was greeted by a friendly bubbly gentleman that really gave great advice and had knowledge about the shavers. he was able to help me choose the shaver that suited me best . it was a little bit over my price range but I'm not regreting spending that little bit extra . thankyou so much guy's definitely will be passing my recommendations to friends and family to visit you for any shaving needs .
Amazing employee named Rish works there and explained to me very clearly how the new Braun series 9 shaver differs from the series 7. He was kind and courteous and very good at his job.... The older lady on the the other hand...hmmmm not so much.... 5 star overall though
