These guys are organised, friendly, quick and helpful. I got my AF120 in ears replaced under warranty and they replaced them with the newer Mk2 revision. My experience at their office was clean and direct. One of the best Audio companies in Australia, with great products and service. Highly recommended.
Excellent service and very accommodating in replacing a fault on the A140 in ear headphones that i bought 3 years ago. Josh went above and beyond to help with the replacement but also walk through the new range with me. Audiofly not only have a great and durable product but also standby their customers - a rare thing these days!
