Do not order anything from this brand! I ordered a dress that was for sale on 5/5/17 and still haven't received it. Wish I had known that other people were experiencing these same issues before I ordered from them. No use posting your complaints on their social media platforms because they are known to delete them. Not even worth the one star

I ordered a product in December 2016. It is now May and I have only just received my product. During this period of time I received intermittent responses only with questions about my order, sometimes my emails and phone calls going 2-3 weeks without an answer. I love Shakuhachi products. They look wonderful on and are very stylish but I would advise all potential online shoppers to avoid buying directly from Shakuhachi. Find another way to buy their products through another online store if you want to continue to get their products.

Worst buying experience ever. I made an order online with Shakuhatchi a few weeks ago. Got the confirmation order saying it will be posted. It never got posted I then asked several times spamming them with emails for my tracking number and I got no reply. I then decided to make a dispute with pal pal and try to claim my money back. After 2 days of this being a claim they finally responded (this was a week ago) saying they have refunded me. After a week I still have no refund in my account! Make sure if you make a claim on pay pal don't cancel the claim until the money is in your account! DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE

This company is liquidated and trading illegally while insolvent since 2015!!! You won't get your orders! The owner still advertises sales online but takes your money to support her Lavish lifestyle in Bali. Read news stories on Google search.

Do not shop with Shakuhachi, they will not ship your item or respond to any customer problems concerning your order if they do it will all be lies. I have been waiting now for over 3 months for my order and now requesting a refund, which is also being ignored. This brand is not what it originally started out as being a leading fashion label and is now scamming people for money. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS BRAND IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME, AS YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR GOODS OR MONEY BACK!
