"Shake it Up Music was established in 2004. From a small premises located at 4/186 Currie St Nambour Queensland, we now have expanded to a 3 story megastore! We carry a large range of music instruments including acoustic pianos and stock the world's leading brands including Fender, Martin, Maton, Cole Clark, Roland, korg, Yamaha, Casio, Cort, Pearl, Gretsch, Guild, Sigma, katoh, Cordoba, Marshall, Jupiter and Epiphone.The store boasts 6 teaching rooms, offering music lessons in a variety of instruments. We cater to everyone, from beginner to advanced levels, and have a range of teachers to suit all learning needs. We also service most instruments and offer in house repairs.Our education department is one of the biggest on the Sunshine Coast."

Mark went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in the store and gave me the time and space to try out some of the great gear they have in store. Visited this store to purchase a keyboard amp. Have previously bought Yamaha keyboards and Roland drum gear here also. Such a great atmosphere. The staff are always cheerful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble if you need to try gear out. Impressive range of gear on 3 floors and the best prices. The depth of product knowledge and the musicianship of these guys is outstanding. Superb customer service.

The real point of difference with these guys is that they actually get it. Musicians by nature have very complex gear/instrument requirements. A one size fits all approach not work. This teams ability to listen and find solutions is second to none and for me, and having a proper bricks and mortar store just down the road full of music gear to check out is awesome.
I went to Shake It Up Music for the first time today. I was blown away by the size of the shop. Very friendly staff. I bought an adjustable piano bench and I dealt with Mark. He went above and beyond to help me. Very friendly and helpful. Even offered a few times to put it together for. The only regret I have is not going there sooner. Would have saved me a lot of hassles. Thanks for your help Mark.
Service, speed at which they processed my orders, quality of correspondence was awesome and the cymbals I bought were exactly what I was after. The only issue is they need more stock! Definitely be buying more from Shake It Up. Thanks guys!
Went today to get a midi controller, excellent staff that are knowledgeable, great shop.
Huge range of music gear, excellent staff who know what they're talking about, super helpful and fairly competitive pricing. One of the best music shops I've ever been to. Love the outrageous social media videos too - more of those please!
