I found this place through Internet reviews and decided to try it out. I saw Timothy, who started the business, and instantly felt comfortable, it felt like he'd been cutting my hair for years. A professional, who went above and beyond and didn't seem stuffy.

*ZERO STARS* Louise will pump you with botox and overcharge you!!! My first appt - Louise and I discussed in detail the result that I was looking for: longer lasting results but the same look as I usually get from my usual botox lady: softer, prettier, "more awake" face. She then proceeded to fill my upper forehead, my lips, and corners of my eyes. None of these areas I had ever had botox injected. I was charged just under $350. By the time I had realised that the work done in this appointment was extreme and unneccessary, it was just over a week later and I was Eden Laser Clinic. This is where I went for a consultation with my usual botox lady to have Louises work reversed but because I am new to Botox, I didnt know that botox is irreversible. I have naturally pouty lips. I remember Louise telling me to pucker my lips where she injected a lot of Botox, after 2 weeks, I couldn't close my mouth. If this was because of the Botox injected by Louise then I think she assumed that my pouty lips were from Botox. She didn't even ask. Louise froze my face in a way that made me look angry, and because I thought the grass was greener, I was stuck with that face. To me, I feel like Louise had to have known with her Botox training that I had enough botox or as much as I could have that would get me as close to the result that I want. But Louise wanted money and I made the mistake of telling Louise that I didn't mind the cost, I just want results.. Which I still didn't get. There is an Asian lady who is a nurse employed by Juvae, she works a few days at Liverpool Eden Laser but also at Lidcombe. She gives great result and is honest with her charges. Although, her results don't last very long. **NB: On another review that I had left for Shairspace (Louise makes reference to this business when booking appts), the owner of that business informed me that Louise reevaluates and makes any possible/necessary adjustments to the treatment within 2 weeks after treatment. On the day of treatment, after I had my botox, Louise told me to FaceTime her in 2 weeks so she can check on progress. By then I had already seen my regular lady who does a great job, she said to leave my face alone to let the botox wear off as it was 'too much' and 'overdone'. So I was stuck with an unwanted expression for weeks. Follow up: I am now experiencing respiratory issues (difficulty breathing and increased shortness of breath). I am very concerned about my health as I have researched and read stories of fatalities after overuse of Botox. I do blame Louise as she excessively used Botox during my appointment. This is a daily reminder of my regretful appointment. This is no longer a matter of money or time. This is a dangerous medical risk, Louise could kill people with her reckless Botox administration. Louise should have her licence revoked or suspended and endeavour to undertake extensive training.

Tim has been doing my hair for the past 8 months, and he does THE BEST job! The salon itself is light and spacious and has a great view overlooking Oxford St and can even see parts of the harbour. Would totally recommend getting your haircut here! Worth the visit for sure.

Great profesionals, love the space. I can't wait to try the new Shairspace on the rooftop of the Verona Cinema. I can see myself relaxing in that amazing balcony meanwhile i wait to have done my hair
