Bought a welder off these guys, stopped working 6 months out of warranty. They were good enough to take it and have a look at it but said it wouldn't be covered as it was too far out of warranty- fair enough. They took it and had a look over it but told us they couldn't fix it and suggested we buy a new welder. I took it to a local repairer who found a disconnected positive cable, fixed it and serviced it for under $300. Glad I didn't buy a new $5000 TIG.
