Don’t recommend even if it was the last place to get a scan done. Gave them a courtesy call because I was 5 minutes late was told to just come in that’s fine. Arrived and had to wait 15 minutes at reception to be checked in, filled out the paper work and ask to wait. After almost 40 minutes of waiting in waiting area my name was called to reception and told because I was late I had to make another appointment. Very poor way of conducting a business
I had a great experience during my ultrasound appointment. The receptionist was not only welcoming but truly lovely. The sonographer went above and beyond by taking the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, ensuring that I felt completely at ease throughout and I received results very quickly. A well-deserved five stars.
Lake imaging have not been able to supply the report of an MRI and after calling for a third day straight, they were very rude and unprofessional in their response, upon then hanging up. I would not recommend anyone to them.nLeigh
Came here for an ultrasound, and was a bit anxious about the whole procedure, but my sonographer Ronnie was so friendly and patient. She communicated the whole procedure to me, whilst being extremely professional. I was able to get an appointment really quickly too, and was well informed the instructions for the procedure before I arrived. All admin staff were helpful and informative. A lovely experience overall and would really recommend Lake Imagine to anyone!
This is a radiology I cannot recommend to anyone. They are con artists that are only interested in making money. I went for my X-ray after getting a referral from my doctor and filling all the paperwork at the reception. No one bothered to inform me that I would have to pay for it out of my own pocket. After the X-ray, I received a call concerning the charges, and I informed them that I would consider whether or not I wanted the reports. I scheduled another radiology appointment, had my X-ray taken, and notified them. They did, however, call for payments, and last week an unpleasant man called to demand money, and he refused to listen to what had occurred to me. I ended myself paying for something I didn't even want.
