Called for a cab to tallarook after hitting a pot hole about 11.30pm Noone answered my at least 10 calls then next morning told me it would be a $40;surcharge on top of my call out fee and fare because he had to come 10 minutes down the road to tallarook. Would never recommend them they are thieves.
I’ve never had a bad experience with these guys unlike some others companies they’ve alway been on time and professional, in fact I’m the one who’s stuffed them around a couple of times and they’ve always remained polite and professional can’t recommend them enough.
Gave them a call after 11pm on Easter Saturday, after being stuck Yea. Everyone was very helpful and polite to me and they were able to get me to where I needed via the shortest route, and saved me a lot of money. Thank you so much! I really don't know what I would've done otherwise.
Worst Taxis ever. Needs to be reported. Not only are they rude have no care for their customers. The taxi cabs are putrid. Driver smelt really bad possibly of alcohol. Didn’t give way at a give way sign. I was scared for my life. If anyone puts a Uber town it would be great and do a good trade.
There okay when they are on shift
Called and called and called again no answer, gave it a few minutes and tried again to which,I got hung up on.spoke to the motel owner who told me they are useless.In the end just had to settle for a pizza delivery which really wasn't too bad.Either way,if you are in need of a cab in seymour you'd be better off pissing in ya boots and swimming.
Was stranded at Tallarook and told that we were to be slugged a $20 surcharge for heading south towards Melbourne. Driver illegally using phone on lap all the way at 110kmh and when I reported to the operator he brushed it off as no big deal. Stay away from these thieves!
Called up to get a taxi and was met with an arrogant demeanour. Told all the taxi's had left town and not given an estimate on when a cab would be available. I was then hung up on mid sentence. Terrible customer service, would not recommend. I wish I had four hands so I could give Seymour taxi service four thumbs down.
Disgusting service and I got hung up cos they had a wedding reception and wouldn't pick us up in the area. Bad bad service learn some manners and Seymour get some uber
