I went to Tasmania service today through the heavy rain 13/12/2022. Ask for the reception lady to witness the proof of my identity I got my driver license with me, and Australian passport with me show her all the documents is about first home guarantee she refused to witness it and told me to go to the police station instead. Moreover, I almost forget my wallet cuz of disappointment thanks but the safety guard get the wallet and throw it toward me while I carried so many document… service! 21/12/2022 I received the call from Tasmania service. Oh man . Google wants me to review but I haven't been though I can see it from my building site next door . I assume it is a place of bureaucracy that wants your money . Nice external paint job
This is the Service Tas office to go to if you have the option of the other Hobart offices. I have never had a very long wait to be served and with parking out the front and at the rear it is very convenient . The staff are very friendly and up for a bit of banter. I have done contracting work at almost all offices in the state and this is my favourite .
Dropped into sorell to change interstate licence, car rego, boat rego and motorbike rego, the ladies there are very friendly and great help throughout the process, made us feel like nothing was a problem.
Very friendly, find very easy to transfer interstate registration and license. Recently moved to Tas and everything goes fluently with help of Service Tasmania Sorell. Staff named Ellie was very helpful and knowledgeable.
