Be very careful in your dealings with SRO. I had instructed SRO to email land tax instead of mail in 2020. This didn't happen and unfortunately my mail was not passed onto me. Whilst SRO did have my email they failed to contact me as promised and send me to collections. Ensure you have evidence of all correspondence with these people.
