Life aint easy and we all work for a living. We understand sometimes work get really tough. But at least do your work and make put some love in it. Unpleasant experience today. Waited more than an hour for a simple transaction and was sent out then came back again. Staff needed to be trained.
Even 1 star is too much for Gina’s service. First she told us there is no Jp inside which the other staff on the next counter quickly said “no there is, she’s right there” she told us to come back. So we went out tried chemist warehouse if any jp available which unfortunately none as he’s off. When we came back we decided to ask the reception and told us that we were not supposed to be instructed to come back as there is a jp available inside. Waited another 20min to get it done. And then came back to Gina only to get a reply I’m sorry I’m gonna have my lunch if you can wait or i’ll put you again in queue. Checked the time and that was 11:46. All she had to do is to take our payment. Another lady served us, 5min and we were done. I mean I don’t think Gina knows how to do that and if she really doesn’t have any idea why not ask a colleague or a supervisor right? Can’t lift a buttttt, stuck on the chair?? That’s not very niceeeeeeee. On the other hand the reception lady was nice and the last one who served us was quick and knowledgeable.
This place is just a straight up mess. Its so loud which is so disturbing for people doing tests, the testing corner is not even fully covered so you can easily be distracted. The front desk lady i met twice and both times had a disgusting attitude towards me and others. I do not reccomend coming to this venue, i reccomend maquarie fields. It is opposite in everyway.

One of them said to me that I called you twice when she didn’t and gave me attitude.nIt is really not that hard to be nice.nFaudi was a good operator though and helped me.
