Overseas license to Australia full license. Worst Service that I have been. First I went to do my drive license test, I didn’t know about where i should park and no one told me about even it says behind the paper they should ask because no one can guess where is the parking. Second: I arrived on time and they told me that I could not move the car to the correct place, test canceled. Even on time. Luckily they rescheduled my test and I could choose another place. I told them that I’ve years drivy and for sure would pass, one of them just told me and compered me with some one else and told that people drive for years and failed not my case today. So I went to do the test in botany today, the first thing they asked me twice if I had parked the car on the correct place and even they pointed to me, what a champ those people, also drive test approved there. Botany service is greater then Liverpool for sure. If you want to have a good service avoid this one. What a bad experience.
I went to this place this morning for my Driving test. And there was a guy name Sonny instructor he was giving me attitude since i went there. I have no idea why he was being rude. Also told me why i parked my car too far, even tho it wasn’t even that far. He keeps telling me i should’ve parked at the right spot but no one was there to guide us where to park the cars. He was very aggressive and not telling me what to do properly. He also told me that I didn’t stopped at the Stopping sign which wasn’t even a stopping sign. It was a give way sign so I don’t have to stop there for 3-4 seconds. I asked him what street was that and he can’t even tell me where was it. If you have an international licence with a decent car I wouldn’t recommend you all to go here. I’ve been driving for years now and just got failed because of rude instructor. This is the worst experienced i’ve ever been. Please don’t go to this place.
Considering this is a govt department I expected to be there for ages, but was out within the hour. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and a lot of fun! Thank you for a stress-free visit :
Line was long- understandable. Made a licence L driving test at 12 and test started at 12:30. Passed the test and licence was issued for automatic instead of manual. - the slip for manual is green and pink for automatic. Got issued for automatic. Didn’t realise until we got home. Had to go back and they wanted to charge and additional $26 for a change in condition considering it was their mistake. Wasted about 6 hours. Terrible lady who served us.
Customer service is good, friendly staff. I had a driving test today and my examiner named was Micheal. He was very nice man. Best of luck to all and I hope you all get your license in first go.....
Rude, careless, merciless and selfish staff and manager. Rude and selfish behaviour from a islander-looking woman in the front who was extremely rude to my mum.
Extremely well organised, professional and friendly. Went there yesterday for an eyesight check for my licence. At the door I was immediately directed to lady who just asked me to look at the screen and read the letters. I gave her my licence which she validated online, and that was it. I was in and out the door in literally less than 5 minutes.
After 11 days of passing the test, i got a letter that due to technical issues my driving licence was not printed.
Every employee gives you different answers everytime you go there. Also the Asian lady in the front she looks like she's in her 20s was very rude. I asked her a simple question and she pushed me aside and said take a ticket go back to the counter when all I wanted was how to book for a driving test. Absolutely appalling.
The worst branch in terms of providing good customer service, received from Service NSW. The ladies working there treated us with no respect, and were utterly rude to my elderly mum and I. Started off on bad terms with one of the staff, then hoped to have a nice and friendly after but nope. One of the ladies informed the other staff that my mum had looked like she has come here a couple of times in an unpleasant tone, and accused us of using up all of the NSW vouchers when we had problems applying for it due to name changes. They couldn't fix the problem either and told us to call up IT. Then accused us of having more than 1 family in the house when she asked us at the start and we have already given a clear answer. Dont accuse! That is so wrong. They were hopeless and I am left disgusted with their service. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. They need to get their customer service training up to date.
