Wouldn’t give me pain medication from the hospital despite having a script. Said they didn’t recognise the doctors name so they needed to call them, and because they weren’t in the ER I was told too bad. I have a chronic pain condition that was flaring up and was doubled over in pain in the chemist and they didn’t care. I live locally and always go there and it’s just disgusting
A great local pharmacy with terrific, personal service and advice. All the pharmacists know what they’re talking about, and you never have e to wait to be served because there are always a few of them on hand.
Amazing service from the Serafim’s team, who went out of their way to ensure I got my prescription filled and delivered, despite isolating at home. Truely brilliant customer care, glad to be a local and loyal customer. Big thanks to everyone.
The pharmacist was knowledgeable and generous with time. Correctly offered an alternate product better suited to condition and provided advice to minimise symptoms. To top it off, provided some free sample products to aid healing. All for a ~$10 transaction! Great service, and so worth any negligible extra cost vs. the oppressive discount pharmacy experience
Always have received great customer service in this pharmacy. The staff actually seems to care about people and their job which is oh so rare nowadays, and they always seem happy to check up that you know how to use your medications properly. Unsure why some Karens find something to complain about when those people clearly work well, work hard and have a good selections of meds/supplements & health products. Some of y'all need to get down off your high horses
An easily accessible store with a good range of products and knowledgeable team of pharmacists. You usually see Nick the owner behind the counter serving along with his team most days of the week! I have been using Serafim’s for the last 5 years and have been happy with the service. They keep your scripts on file for you if you need and I’ve never had any issue with incorrect filling or lack of stock. Around a year ago I had a sinus condition and the team actually offered me a complimentary flo sinus care kit. I declined as I already had one - however it was very nice that they had offered something that they could have sold to me! If you’re looking for a no fuss local pharmacy that is far more personal than a chain pharmacy - this is a great option!
I have used this pharmacy for 8 months now. The price of a generic antidepressant has gone up over 50%. Let alone the total disregard for safe occupancy. It was rammed. I don't know what I'm more disgusted by, price gouging or a total disregard for public health orders.

The staff have been great since the coronavirus saga started, they have been exceptionally busy & never fail to be helpful & understanding. I’m high risk & they deliver my scripts to my home. It’s now October 2020 & not much has changed so hopefully life can get back to normal next year. Stay safe.
I dosed yesterday Friday before this "lock-down". I was given NO phone advice that the pharmacy would be closing 1.5 hours earlier than advertised online. I walked 80 mins round trip, understandably reckoning it would be open til it's normal Saturday time 8:30pm. I DESERVE MY $5 BACK FOR Saturday's MTD DOSE!! IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHANGE YOUR HOURS LET US METHODONE CUSTOMERS KNOW! WE ARE YOUR MOST LUCRATIVE SINGLE CUSTOMERS! Now I have to be sick for 12 hours and you I dose late you can't use the excuse that you had to call your whole dosing base...which you should hace done anyhow. This pharmacy gets 0/10 for customer consideration
