I had good old fashioned service this morning when looking for a product. Sarah and Maizie went out of their way to not only help me find the product but as well offered me a small discount as it was being deleted. They both had great knowledge of the stock available and in today's retail world this experience was gold! Thanks a bunch David
I was running around the CBD looking for an item which was out of stock everywhere. Of all the shops, only Lesa at this branch offered to help me find it and order it in. She was extremely helpful and friendly and really went out of her way to help me. All the staff there in fact were smiley and friendly compared to the other locations in town hall, Westfield CBD, George street etc. Thank you Lesa and team

Not so sure impressed with the pharmacy’s ability to read notes
I normally love this pharmacy and everyone is always nice, up until today. I had a query around the prescription text I was sent and didnt understand the shop assistant's response. I don't think she understood me so I asked again in a different way and she proceeded to roll her eyes at me and said 'ohhh my godddd' and walked away from me. I was in complete shock and left without purchasing anything I needed to. Dont think I will be going back.
