At Seoul Bistro it is our philosophy that customers deserve an extensive choice of culinary delights at affordable prices. Seoul Bistro features Korean and Japanese cuisines with a Western flare. We want families and groups of friends to frequently visit our restaurant knowing all tastes and preferences will be catered for and it is subsequently for this reason that we offer such a wide range of cuisines. I have visited this restaurant several times before, but this time my experience was very unpleasant. I ordered the $26.90 fried chicken buffet, and while enjoying my meal, I discovered a dead fly in my lemon tea. I immediately informed the waiter, but the response I received was disappointing. The waiter suggested that the fly must have 'gotten in' when the drink was brought to the table, and no apology or compensation was offered. When I spoke with the manager, she only agreed to waive the charge for the lemon tea, but I felt that this was insufficient. Eventually, they canceled the charge, but throughout the whole process, I did not receive any apology, which raised concerns about the restaurant's hygiene and service.nnRegarding the business's response, I was shocked. They claimed that I was very rude to the staff and threatened them, which is completely untrue. Throughout the entire incident, I did not raise my voice or behave impolitely. I simply informed the staff calmly, when they were not busy, that there was a fly in my drink. I did not make any harsh remarks. I hope the business can view customer feedback more objectively instead of placing the blame on the customer.
Came with the kids to try out the fried chicken buffet. Enjoyed the chicken, garlic bread, lemon ice tea drinks, and chips. The service was exceptional, the waiters were ready to serve and always kept an eye on our table. Ate everything that was ordered. Will come back again.
Came back and I always enjoying eating here. Best high quality fried chicken buffet. this time I take it easy while I’m in good weight of my progress nnReally did a splendid business restaurant.nHope you all staffs have a great Happy Holiday!
Very disappointing experience. Table was sticky upon sitting down, floor is extremely slippery especially when wet an accident waiting to happen ordered 4 all you can eat chicken baskets it’s all the same chicken just with different sauces on top. Tasteless chicken and was overfried to the point of the bones being brittle. The ‘garlic bread’ is simply white bread with garlic flavoured butter on it- quite underwhelming. Chips were over salted and unpalatable. To make the experience worse the 4th basket of chicken had what looked like re used chicken with bite marks as shown in photos. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is unacceptable. Was not charged for the meal thankfully.
This chicken is so amazing nI got the medium chicken honey soy, so delicious and the Loaded cheese fries! SO GOOD it is worth every cent.nI wish door dash had chicken skins as an option! I used to get them all the time a few years ago. If they still do them in store, trust me, you need to buy them too!!!
