Walking up to the property the house is breathtaking. The grounds are well kept and the owners are polite and friendly. Our room, Sir Joseph Banks is spacious and clean. They provided a fully stocked refrigerator as well as homemade treats. The views from the private balcony are beautiful and  peaceful. The owners have two adorable dogs as well as a sheep named Jerry - he is very welcoming, especially when you give him bread. :) The house is a quick ten minute walk from town. If I could, I would  give 6 stars.

Great location. Picton has high accommodation standards. These guys set the bar.

Property is beautiful and the owners are very nice and welcoming! The room was spacious, clean, and stocked with food and drinks upon arrival. Very highly recommended!

Beatiful building, nice owners, perfect service. Walking distance to city center, ferry and restaurants.
