Buyer beware! Alerting consumers to the poor practices of Salesman, Mark Ryan who also operates through Burleigh Cars PSM, Auto Sellers Goldcoast and Select Wholesale Cars. I purchased a vehicle that was delivered without all parts fitted and almost immediately presented with minor issues and then major issues. The matter was investigated by OFT and, despite giving the investigator assurances the issues would be resolved nothing occurred. The matter was lodged with QCAT the old Small Claims & despite going to mediation and giving assurances the matter would be resolved, nothing occurred. The matter was heard in the QCAT Court and, despite an order being made by the Magistrate to refund my money in full and collect the car there has been no action. Mark Ryan salesperson and Peter Mitchell owner of SWC are both aware that failing to comply with the court order will lead to criminal enforcement. Despite this they have taken no action to resolve the matter and shown a blatant disregard for the law, let alone the customers who purchase from them in good faith. Buyers beware!
