Very difficult to do business with. The Australian support let's the company down. NO COMMUNICATION. You can't reach them by phone, email or Facebook. No response to queries/questions about products purchased. No care taken when handling your shocks, mine were sent to the wrong installer and no tracking details provided, we couldn't reach them after various attempts for almost 3 weeks, could only get traction when reaching out to the USA. Unable to comment or respond to their Facebook presence. They block and delete any negative feedback. Phone calls and emails go uresponsive for days and weeks. This behaviour by King Shocks Australia is echoed by many 4x4 suspension installers that do business with them. Will cease any future business with them.
