Not only provides bad service but also tries to disclose customers private information without consent after receiving bad reviews?!.nWorst communication ever, tries to sell things on Facebook without informing the communication methods has changed from Facebook to email notifications.nnI tried to contact the company about my order on the 3rd @ 4pm which was during their trading hours and received no reply till the next day. Even then, there was no clear response in regards to the exact arrival date. They also purposely changed the original post description about the order after my order has been place and money has been received weeks ago yet did not bother to inform arrival will be communicated via email?nnApparently, this business has received the fruit on the 8th Feb and claims that an email was sent to me which I have never received on that day. Even though I have contacted them a week prior about this on messenger! Should I have known that I will be notified only via email, I wouldn’t have place this order or I would at least check my inbox everyday rather than waiting to be notified in messenger.nnAfter that they did not bother to finally message me on fb and provide notification till the 12th Feb @ 4pm when they closes at 5pm on the same day. I work Saturdays and Mondays and therefore was unable to pick till Tuesday 15th. However the entire time I was unaware that not only the cherries were received on Monday which has been a week but also the communication method has changed.n2 kg of cherries brought at the price of $40 and 1/3 was all rotten. The rest was soft as well. Regardless, if I were a consumer, no matter if it is electricals or food of any sort. How can I trust a business who reacts to comments in the form of denial? If the quality of the products cannot be promised how should anyone trust to place orders in future without viewing?
DO NOT BUY!!nnThey sell parallel import products.nnAs everyone know on Australian Consumers Law all products have 2 years manufacturers warranty. But they only have 1 year international warranty.nnCannot register the product on the official website. Not able to get service from official Service centrennEven not cheap.nnDO NOT BUY!!
Great service, have purchased a variety of items from this shop over the years. Love the range provided and they always bring in new items!
This place sells some items that you can't usually find elsewhere which is good. However, their ordering system needs some serious improvement. I've commented on their FB page that I wanted the item and got a reply comment saying I will receive a private message. Next thing I received was a private message telling me the item has arrived for me to pick up and their opening hours. We drove 30 mins to get there and I was told I didn't order the item as I didn't pay for it previously. Thing is, I didn't even get notified that I needed to pay for it and even if I didn't manage to secure the item, I shouldn't have received the message telling me the item has arrived ready for pick up. Very disappointed for the waste of time and I didn't feel they realise it was their fault.
FOREVER TO SHIP + ITEM WAS NEVER IN THE BOXnnThey took forever to even ship the items, waited over a month long then I had to chase them up for it to be shipped.nnOnce I finally recieved the package, the main item I ordered was missing. A expensive large pot, which I later found out they didn't even ship.nAnother item was also missing, but they would not help me at all, pretty much saying it's my fault and my loss.nIt is crazy that you expect customers to pay for items you don't send.nnIs this a scam or are they that hopeless? Either way AVOID this shop, dont waste your time like I did.
