Always find the staff particularly helpful and friendly at this store. They have great product knowledge and I always look to what Sarah is wearing as she always looks so stylish. She has helped me on numerous occasions to pull an outfit together.

11.55 am on a Saturday - 4 retail assistants standing around talking. Just me and my daughter in the store ready to shop and can’t get one person to acknowledge my existence. Reason why bricks and mortar stores are dying. Happy to to share video/photos. So frustrating.
Came in to buy a dress, wasn't greeted by any staff or even acknowledged. This happens constantly with this store! I'm not sure what the retail staff's problems are like come on you're working at Seed not Gucci!, or if it's the attitude trained into them? Nonetheless I bought online.
There are four staff and 2 customers. Horrible service was willinging to spend some good money for kids wear. Not acknowledged or served at all. And it's not the first time I have encountered such bad service in this outlet. If there's no stars I would have given no star.
one of the best david jones ive shopped in. always has what im after. great selection. friendly staff that are willing to help and also great cafe if u want a coffee or bite to eat in peace.
