Very annoying to be charged $15 for just under 3 hours parking 17.35 - 20.33 even with a parking ticket validated by Gusto da Gianni. Like a previous reviewer, I noticed the clock at the exit was at least 5 minutes fast. Even so, I was still under the 3 hour "free" limit.
My parking was "validated" by the restaurant where my party direct close to $1,000, but I was still charged full price to leave the garage. This is the second time that's happened, and I'm not particularly enthusiastic about giving them a third go.
Got here 8:06pm as per ticket, then get validated ticket for eating in the precinct. Exited to gate at 11:04pm which should be free but their machine is set 6 minutes faster so it counted as 11:10pm and had to pay $10 to get out. Tried to call and no one picked up, terrible way to end a great evening
Validation from Sono Japanese restaurant does not work, was within 2 hours range but the gate machine still asked me to pay 10 dollars
We were pleasantly surprised the parking was free with a stamp on dining receipt with participating restaurants. Possibly the same with the cinema.
Don't get caught in this car park. The validation from the few retail outlets there don't work. Been a problem for a long time. You've been warned. No one cares to help or fix the problem.
Narrow parks and roadways, right turns but easy to navigate if you've a decent driver. Very convenient with validated parking
We have used Portside parking many times and have always found their service extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. Would recommend using them to anyone using the airport or cruise facilities. Cheers
13 minute difference in time between entry ticket machine and pay machine... In favour of the car park. First photo taken at real time 1403. Second one at exit machine taken at 1406. Three minutes between photos but 16 minutes between maxhines
Had a nice lunch at Byblos and validated car park ticket Sunday 08/03/2020. Charged $25.00 for extra hr .. considering first 3hrs are free what a rip .. don’t plan on rushing back .. Ross Patrick.
