Wow! What a wonderful dining experience. The first thing you notice is the soothing view of the water mixed with the warm blues and white which make you feel you have left the suburbs. The staff are attentive and charming. The layout affords a cozy, yet private seating. The food was sensational, if I could have had one of everything I would have. A great mix of vegetables, seafood, poultry and red meat. Oh, and the cocktails! Let the waitstaff guide you, they know their stuff! Don't pass on this gem if you get the chance!
Sebastian's thoroughly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in the service was superb, with knowledgeable and attentive staff taking our food and drinks order promptly but without making us feel rushed at all. The cocktails were awesome and the food was delicious. Light, tasty and just right for a hot day. Our position in the alfresco dining area overlooked the beach and the ocean; simply stunning. It is a long way to go but we are looking forward to another visit.
Little gem in Williamstown! It's a great stop just across the beach with lots of space inside and some private rooms if you want to do an event. There is also an outdoor area but it gets pretty full when it's a beautiful day, there is live music which is great!! If you are looking for a great experience, I advise you book the Alfresco area in advance which is located outside too but with a bit more privacy. The food was delicious! There is a set menu but it's not compulsory to have it so you can pick and choose to try a bit of everything. I was really happy with the balance of flavours, very well done there!! The service was also great! Plates were coming on time even with a busy venue! Parking: There is a lot of free parking across the main street.
Excellent value banquet meal in the private dining room. $80 per head for 4-6 entree and 2 mains 2 salads and desert. Kids menu for little ones. Lovely interior and view over Willy beach. Highly recommended.
We had dinner here last week and had the most incredible time with the team at Sebastian making our anniversary evening so special. The food was impeccable and the service was outstanding. The chap who took us through the menu and looked after us was really great and so knowledgeable which really helped us with our ordering! They accommodated our special requests of a window seat as well and we are very grateful. 5 star service, food and view, we will be back soon. Thank you Sebastian Vegetarian options: So many delicious vegetarian options!
First time dining at Sebastian's. We had a lovely experience, staff were very helpful and attentive. Food was very delicious. Absolutely loved the Basque cheesecake finish off the evening. Will be back to spend more time on the beautiful deck.
Excellent service with live music, it's a hotspot in this area. The shop is located in a wonderful location. There is a wide selection of food and beverages. What could be better than this? Sit and chill in beach-side on a nice day along with sipping cocktails watching the surrounding atmosphere.
I came here with my work DSV in a group of around 22. Amazing food, beautiful location and outstanding service. Your Team are top notch. Highly recommend to others.
Great service, delicious food, comfortable environment, wonderful location. We came for our anniversary and this was a perfect restaurant to make it a special occasion. We had croquetas, Basque crispy muscles, freekeh and cauliflower, snapper, heirloom tomatoes and Basque cheesecake with sangria and a cocktail. All delicious.
Sebastian was a beautiful place to share a birthday lunch. Delicious seafood and veggie options, each dish plated up like an artwork. Magical location right on Willy Beach. 10/10 will be back for sure
