We were impressed with the team at Seasons Funerals for assisting us after the passing of loved one. The two gentlemen who came to collect our loved one from our home were patient and respectful. Margaret was gentle and caring on the phone. We were grateful for the support and guidance from Lynne & Dee when we came to dress our loved one for the funeral. And Darren was a supportive and kind driver on the day of the funeral.  Ed took his time to get to know our story in order to send our loved one off in a beautiful and serene way. We felt that he was there for us through the whole journey, and we could trust him to look after the day. Everything on the day of the funeral flowed and that was largely due to his composure and care.

Highly recommend. Listened and actioned our requests. Mums funeral was held in the chapel and it was a beautiful celebration from start to finished. Organised very quickly and smoothly. Chapel held around 40 seated people. Intimate and warming. Just as we had envisaged.

We cannot recommend Seasons Redcliffe highly enough. Our funeral arrangements were complex , but Ed McCarthy and his team met every expectation and specific requirement - indeed they went above and beyond  the norm. All the Seasons staff we encountered- whether from the Head Office, the Kelmscott branch or those present at the funeral were efficient, considerate and courteous. Ed’s gentlemanly manner and determination to ensure our comfort and satisfaction  throughout all the arrangements is highly commendable.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for five years! My Dad died on Xmas Day years ago and we went in there just after and organised for him to be picked up and he was cremated ~ $2500 with no service as we had a wake at his bowling club instead. Eleven months later we took half his ashes over East to where his siblings live and we had a private, family ceremony there at a Cemetary. Seasons arranged for his ashes to be put in another container as well as the paperwork to carry them on the plane. The whole process was stress free and went very smoothly and was not expensive…was very happy with the service.

Seasons Funerals Redcliffe conducted the funeral of a lifelong friend. Family and friends were unable to pay for the funeral, which was sorted out easily. The guys who conducted my friends funeral were wonderful. They were friendly and professional and VERY considerate of elderly mourners. Can't recommend them highly enough. Nola.

Unbelievable. Called to enquire about their services and get some pricing, wanted to meet with someone to discuss. They immediately contacted the state mortuary and tried to take possession of my Mum's body. Be very, very careful.

I highly recommend Seasons, they did such a wonderful service for us. Raelene is AMAZING, she is kind, caring, honest, straight up, she is very organised and creative. She/they treated us like family and not just a customer.  They tried their best to really cater to our specific needs/wants. Every thing worked out so well. They really looked after us. And we found it was very reasonably priced too. I'm so grateful Raelene was there to help us through this journey. THANK YOU Seasons.

I was so disappointed in this organisation.  I was advised we could have 45 people maximum due to Covid. As we were walking into the chapel we were advised the limit was 20 after being advised they had an exemption.Guests said staff were rude complained they could not hear the service. The food was brought out early hence cold pies.
