I recently had the pleasure of engaging Dobson Family funerals to conduct the funeral service for my father. Knowing the integrity and professionalism of Bill and Ellie, I had no hesitation when faced with the planning of the funeral.

Not only did Funeralcare conduct the service with the professionalism and care expected, the before and after follow up with the company was amazing. What I noted was the attention to detail, organisation and genuine care.

I have no hesitation in recommending Dobson Family Funerals to anybody who would want the best send off for their loved one. You get more than a funeral, you get the feeling they are a part of the family.

I recently attended the funeral of a close friend here. I was very impressed with the way Ellie made herself available to help with just about anything that we could think of. 

The level of caring and warmth was quite surprising - I've always found these things to be quite impersonal. But not this time.

They certainly make a difficult time just that bit easier - a big thank you to the team.

The people here are truly empathetic and caring. My experience with them has been a good one. Very organised, not at all pushy or overbearing - yet very professional. They are definitely not impersonal (which is what I expected). Very glad to have used their service.
