Immaculate!!! A stunning villa that we’ve had the privilege of staying in twice. Very clean and well maintained gardens that give more privacy than the other villas. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a cook needs and is the best we’ve come across. Walking into the grand villa is timeless. So beautiful
My family and I were excited to have scored a 2 bedroom room in Peppers via seascape, however when we got to the room our excitement turned to disappointment. Upon walking in, the smell of dampness was instant, clearly caused by a mouldy air conditioning unit. I contacted seascapes who promptly had a cleaner attend, however they did not appear to do much and the unit smelt of mould still after this after photos of the clean attached below. I contacted them again and Tom offered me a refund which I did not intend to accept as it was too inconvenient to change room. However, as we settled for the night it was clear there were maintenance and room issues that meant this room just wasn't worth the money. The fan in the second room without air con does not work, exhaust fan doesn't work, there is dust and grime build up showing the room hasn't been properly deep cleaned in forever, sand in the beds and the room let's so much light in, it never seems like night time making it impossible to sleep. I called the following day to discuss this with a gentleman called Ian who gave me nothing but attitude and did not even pretend to care. When I said I will take a refund and find somewhere else his words were "good luck finding somewhere else" with a distinct attitude. Well I have found somewhere else and it is maintained far better than this overpriced room.
We stayed at The Queenslander in Port Douglas, and had a lovely chalet in the grounds of an apartment building with beautiful pool just outside our door. Apartment had everything we needed- kitchenette, comfortable bed, outside seating area. Staff very helpful and we enjoyed our visit
Booked accomodation in Pullmans port Douglas through Seascape hotels. The transaction was so easy booked everything online arrived on the day and simply went straight to the hotel and accessed the key safe to our keys for the room and we were in it was that simple. When we accidentally locked ourselves out of the room the manager was lovely and came to help us regain entry. Room/Accommodation was clean with a great working air conditioner, spa bath and amenities. Thanks again for great accomodation which complemented the holiday :-
We originally booked to stay in an apartment on the Peppers resort, but unfortunately were double booked with another family. Initially this was stressful HOWEVER Tom from Seascapes was exceptionally apologetic andhelpful in finding us an alternative, and it ended up being a better outcome in our opinion. We had two alternatives offered to us Pullman resort further out of town, or a cheaper apartment in Driftwood Mantaray. Initially we thought the Pullman looked nicer as the Driftwood Mantaray seemed like an older building, but we decided to go for Driftwood Mantaray anyway because of the location, what a great decision! It was absolutely perfect. The pictures we were shown didn't do the property justice, the pics were lovely but it's SO much nicer in real life. From the pictures it looked like one of the bedrooms didn't have AC which was a bit of a concern for us, but when we arrived, both bedrooms and the lounge had AC and ceiling fan which was an added bonus. We were lucky enough to have one of the recently renovated deluxe 2 bedroom apartments and it was BEAUTIFUL. Spotlessly clean too. There was a smart TV with log ins to everything you need. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bbq on the grounds were amazing and are cleaned regularly, we had 2 BBQs in two days and it had been thoroughly cleaned in between. The pools were absolutely great as well. Like I say, the pics don't do it justice! We actually preferred this pool to a large resort pool we had previously stayed in in Cairns, it was so clean, a good temperature and very private. I have seen other people on reviews complaining they didn't have enough towels- we had a bath towel each and pool towels each plus hand towels AND a washer and dryer with detergent provided - what more could you need! We normally stay at 5 star hotels as a reference so we were a little nervous but this really exceeded our expectations, and Seascapes are a great company to work with. Highly recommend.
We stayed at the Queenslander in a 1 bedroom apartment for 11 days. The Queenslander was close to Macrossan St and close to 4 mile beach. The rooms were fully equipped with undercover parking. We would stay there again. The seascape staff were fantastic to deal with.
We had a very pleasant stay at the Hibiscus Gardens apartments. The room was great size and had cooking facilities. Really great location too.
i got completely stitched up with this accommodation. It was nothing like I booked through Webjet. I learnt a valuable lesson to never ever go through a third party. This accommodation was disgusting. In a word the facility was dirty and smelly. I would never be associated with them again. Even when i rang them they couldn't give a me any satisfaction. Absolute disgrace.
Seascape Holidays were great to deal with. Always available to help and was also great to be able book our tours through them which was convenient, allowing for a hassle free and enjoyable getaway.
The house where we stayed was clean, welcoming, and an absolutely wonderful home away from home! After almost a week there, we flew home only for me to realise that I had lost a small jewellery container with some heirloom pieces. I was beyond relieved and grateful when we found out you discovered it and were willing to send it! Thank you!! We will most definitely be back!
