Located on the main street of Tawa Seafood plus seemed popular and was quite busy. They had a good range of food on offer including burgers and chinese food as well as the traditional fish and chips. Food was well cooked and fresh. We would go back there again.
Classic Fish’n’chips and chinese takeaways, passionate serving staff who really get to know their regulars : Loved seeing how excited they got over their new crispy chicken on rice/noodles which is amazing! please try them asap!

Lovely crispy chips and beautiful fish. I have tried the other fish and chips places in Tawa and they are my favourite. Mussels are also delicious. Great prices and very friendly staff
One of my favorites in Tawa! Fish is really good and chips are alright, could maybe use a little more crisp. Definitely recommend
Best fish and chips in Tawa! They work hard, the turnaround of orders is fast, and the food is just what you'd hoped it would be! Can get busy though, v so phone on your order if you can because that will save time. Please note - they don't currently accept credit cards so make sure you have an EFTPOS card or cash.
This place is under new ownership and the quality dipped. It has since improved, however often too much batter is used. Chips are back to the original high standard.
DONT EAT HERE! Changed ownership in last week and back to being average. Hamburger for my son was RAW in the middle. Let the grumpy girl at the till go but doesn’t help the experience. Sorry, go to Johnsonville for good F&Cs
This place is fire. Chips always test fresh, crunchy and cooked. Never had soggy or bad chips from this place. Well done to the Seafood Plus team.
