Sea Change Yoga is such a valuable resource to southern Maine. They are embodying yoga by bringing trauma informed yoga and meditation to those our white-washed yoga studios are leaving out.
A teacher at Sea Change Yoga, Jennie Ferrare, thinks it's a good idea to attack people at protests and steal their property while screaming. I thought Yoga was supposed to calm you down!
This organization is amazing. They bring yoga to marginalized communities which we honestly need more of in this world. Thank you!
