Defy Fitness provides a range of fitness activities, including TRX, ZUU, indoor rock climbing, RIP, spin, personal training, coaching and boot camps, in a social and friendly environment.

We are also the Australian distributor for Epix Gear, the US based sporting apparel provider. Epix provides custom made, state of the art apparel for cycling, triathlon and running.
