Staff at TSVC have been more than accommodating through our pet’s injury! Our boy Joey unfortunately broke his femur early in the morning but TSVC was quick to get us in to see a veterinarian and has been great through all of our follow-up appointments. We really appreciate how involved they have been in Joey’s recovery. The staff gives so much love towards our puppy and we know he’s in great hands every time we go. We would 100% recommend them for emergencies and regular care.
I had never been to this vet for my pets since I don’t live in Scottsdale. However, due to certain circumstances we ended up going to this vet clinic about a little over a month ago and it was such good service I had to leave a review. My family cat had to be put down at 16 years old after experiencing bladder and kidney issues. Every vet my mom called told her that their euthanasia services would only allow for us to be with our loved one just until they were sedated but wouldn’t allow us to stay past that. We called around and to our surprise, the Scottsdale Vet Clinic was not only able to get us in THAT DAY, but they told us to call 15 min ahead and they would set up a room for us. When we arrived they were waiting as promised, and let us spend as much time hugging our baby and saying our goodbyes. The clinic staff allowed us to stay through the sedation, euthanasia, and even past that until we were “ready” to leave. We must’ve been there a long time- I’d say over 2 hours because our appointment was at 4pm and we stayed well past when it got dark!! Every staff member was extremely caring, sensitive, professional, understanding, and truly went above and beyond to make sure this sad and unpleasant experience was as easy and seamless as possible. Anyone who has lost a pet or had to put their pets down knows it’s an incredibly heartbreaking event. They made a very sad day a little less difficult and for that I am incredibly thankful.
Love the care and attention that Freddy receives whenever we come in! The vets are very good at making both me and Fred feel at ease. I love that they’re open 24/7 as well! The video is of my sister’s cat at the vet and you can tell how comfortable he is too <3
I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. I came here 12/23 and when I left my house I wasn't positive what would happen, but by the time I parked I just knew I'd be leaving alone. I walked in trying not to cry and failing, they ushered me into a room immediately. The front desk ladies were so caring, the vet tech was patient while gathering all the information, and the vet who was with me when my baby passed was simply put absolutely beyond amazing. So kind, so compassionate, and no one rushed me out of the room while I spent a little more time with her while I could and crying like crazy. I cannot express enough gratitude for their compassion during this very difficult time. Also, any vets I knew of and had been to were all booked for days or weeks, an emergency vet I had written down had a 6 hour wait; that was not the case here and this is my vet going forward! Attached is a picture of her pawprint I ordered, and it came in a beautiful bag and package. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you to everyone who helped on one of the toughest days of my life.
My pup had a pretty scary growth, I got so much TLC from all the people involved in caring for my poodle, so great I took my Aussie in for her spay. Same great care and personal calls from the doctor. Thank you Scottsdale Vet Clinic and special thanks to Bre W. For the extra hugs and care for my pups. <3
Words can't express the gratitude and appreciation I have for the Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic team. Over the last six months, not only have they gone above and beyond to care and treat my dog, but it's how they have treated me. They worked with me, they checked in on Gus after appointments, they even went out of their way to do every single little things. This is what exceptional customer service is and this is what exceptional veterinary work is. Thank you for all you do and for putting up with Gus and I in the early morning hours over the past five months, we appreciate you all!
The staff here were so friendly and understanding, especially given how stressful an after hours emergency visit can be. The prices are extremely reasonable per service. Things can add up quickly when you add in special exams and medications, but nothing was out of the ordinary. $160 for basic emergency visit and things can go up from there. The wait can vary with how urgent things are, similar to a human ER. We personally waited a little over 2 hours before going into a room, and then about an hour inside the room which could have been 30 min if not for a special medication. Dr. Tanaka and his staff were so great that we would have established care here were our dog not so elderly. Highly highly recommend if you’re having an emergency!!
We had our dog 13 yrs and she immediately went downhill in like 1 month , we had to put her down , everywhere we called was so expensive!! Then my friend referred us to this place , we spoke with them on the phone and we brought Sydney there , they all were so very sincerely caring and took us right back without a wait , they were so nice , caring , understanding of our emotional break down , they really cared and a price of $131, the Dr and staff were God sent , thank you all again so much !!!
This is a great clinic for routine / emergency / dental care. Very professional and thorough... Modern equipment, great communication and followup.... Seems to have all the bases covered... After a quick emergency visit for one of our pups we have made the switch to make this our main vet as it is worth the drive for us!
After being rejected at another clinic because our dog was immediately profiled due to the fact she is a Staffordshire terrier, so we decided to take the 50 minute drive Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic from our home. When we lived in the area, they have treated our English bulldog but not our Staffie. We were welcomed with open arms and lots to snuggles and hugs for our little girl. Genuine, thorough, transparent and the ability to put a frantic dog mommas mind and heart at ease are what stood out to me in my experience. I would recommend them for anyone’s pet for exceptional service and staff who WHOLEHEARTEDLY loves ALL animals. THANK YOU, SCOTTSDALE VETERINARY CLINIC!!!
