The Scottish Highland Dance Academy was established in Perth, Western Australia over 30 years ago and is one of the leading highland dance schools in Australia.
Over the years our dancers have enjoyed many competitive successes together with achieving many personal goals. Our dancers currently hold championship wins in most states of Australia including with the 2012 junior Champion of Champions of Australia winner Sophie Massy.
Classes are held in Perth suburbs both north and south of the river.
Our classes cover championship, competition, examination and floor show display work with our dancers being trained by seven qualified teachers.
The focus of the Scottish Highland Dance Academy is to teach to a very high technical level to produce highland dancers who develop a love of the great art form that is highland dancing. Our hope for our dancers is that they fulfill their dreams, meet their goals and become the best dancers they can be.
