Just started at Dance etc and my girls are loving it. Very professional and laid back experience. Couldn't reccommend a better place.

Recently my friends three year old girl had a concert. My friend left her child with her teacher and her class, when her class had got to the stage, my friend realised her little girl had been left behind. Not only was the three year old very upset that she didn't get to dance with her class, there was also no one responsible for her and no one noticed she was missing. I think this is very unprofessional, that they don't have a system to keep track of all the children. Her Dad had flown in from Sydney to see his daughter perform. When the receptionist was approached to discuss the situation, she was extremely rude and hostile stating that it was the parents fault she was not on stage. She was in no way apologetic, and her attitude was very confrontational. We were denied an alternative contact for the director Kate Buchanan. I think at the very least they should be refunded the money for both tickets, and an apology given by the extremely rude receptionist!
