Great range of products, there is something for everyones taste.

I have no idea how I even ordered or spoke to someone at Schots before Christmas because now it seems that they have entered their own customer service lockdown.  Any request for assistance is not even answered. May have to go to the store and cause a ruckus.

We recently purchased some very great quality outdoor furniture, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional with their advice.  We arranged delivery of the items and they used Peter Sadler Removals who were brilliant.  Happy customer

The emporium has a wide range of lightings suitable for almost all kind of homes. A special mention to Amelia for her great service and passion for what she does. She was very patient and helped us through all our requirements and made sure we were making the right choices. Hard to find great sales people like her in these days.

I absolutely love my new Harley recliner! Exactly what I was looking for. I ordered it late on Friday and it arrived on Wednesday. Mark went above and beyond helping me with my purchase and was very patient with my many phone calls. It was my first time dealing with Schots and it won't be my last. Highly recommend!

Lots of great stuff there on display but whenever i want something they dont have it and it needs to be ordered in. Service was very average
