I ordered 3 chicken Parma meals for delivery. Delivered in a timely manner. Chips were really good, salad was good, but the chicken was disgusting, very  very dry & chewy. Won’t be ordering from them again. Very disappointed. Two stars are for delivery & chips.

Great place to go if you're looking for great food

Staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience! Plus the food was great!

I was verbally abused by the staff both times I’ve had a problem at Frankston Schnitz, I have never been so mistreated by customer service before I am shocked. I would consider hiring new staff, never coming here again. I was forced to pay for my meal twice as well, just to be served what I’d already paid for. DISGUSTING

Staff are always super helpful/friendly and the food is spot on every time we eat here weekly. Would eat here more if the diet allowed it.
