Great food and Great chicken shnitzel. While the place was busy on a weekend, we got served 6 plates in under 20 minutes so this was a good surprise as it is apparently not always as fast as per what others experienced. Regardless, it is worth the wait for good food.
Food is good but almost always burnt. Very long wait times. Our food sat in the warmer for 5 minutes before it was given to us. Another customer was told to find her own chair for a table when there wasn’t one there. Not enough staff for how busy the restaurant was. Staff that were working were standing around talking.
Great selection of burgers, good taste. Quick service and friendly staff.
I had a late lunch here and I asked for a Caesar Salad & was told we only have the Mediterranean salad today??? They took 10minutes to clear my table from previous diners? I was asked if I would object to plastic cutlery? Yes I said, do you not have metal cutlery, no sorry it’s all in the wash.??? Really!!! That’s shocking service, I’ll never be back.
Had lunch with my daughter this afternoon. We are usually understanding when a business is busy but this business wasn’t busy at all and we had to wait over half an hour for our food. The food only arrived once we questioned how long it would be and noticed that they misplaced our food docket. The food was cold as if it had been sitting there, will not be returning. The kids need the act maturely working behind a counter, less talking and more working. Maybe if they saved their inappropriate conversations for after work, this wouldn’t have happened.
I keep coming back here because the food is so delicious, in saying that, every time that I have ordered in the store, the customer service has been very poor - you can tell the staff don’t want to be here

The food is nice however the service is consistently slow. I come back coz i enjoy the wraps but i don't think I've ever received my food in under 10 minutes, even if I pre-order off the app. Expect to wait 15 minutes or more for your food.
Place is empty and waiting over 20 mins for a standard burger. Staff on till cannot even count money there to young of workers in this store, Treated badly on asking for refund no apologies given I highly recommend giving this store a miss. Don't even deserve a star.
We have dinner at fountain gate ordered 2 meals vegetarian and patties inside the wraps were literally cold feels like its been there for a while and staff just made a wrap out of it. Chips were overcooked and cold as well. Not made freshly food when went for our animal dinner and on top of that we had to wait literally more than 40 mins. Really disappointed with this store, never ever going back to this store. Vegetarian options: Veggie wraps
