Narre Warren Pizza

This is the most terrible Pizza Hut I ever had bad experience. The guy who is working here really bad. They don’t know how to treat their customers. I ordered Tuesday Special pizza. Large BBG Pizza But they said, before the order, it should be informed to the counter. What a joke. If it is an offer they should give an offer. I was waiting long time until the manager come to get my refund. Be cause, the lady said that she can’t refund. Finally, manager got late to come she gave me refund. It was a really joke.

Going from bad to worse. How is that burnt pos even comparable to a super supreme? And how does one actually think that that is acceptable to send out?? Spot the pineapples, the mushrooms. Don't bother, you won't. 3 times I've paid for extra mushrooms and I have pictures of those too... 2-3 slices at best, Onions are there, despite "no onions" was specified. This has now become a pathetic excuse for a pizza shop. Never again.

Ordered at 18:30. Pizza showing as ready for delivery at 19:10. Finally delivered at 20:00. Cannot get in touch with store and customer support hung up when I wanted to discuss with supervisor. Terrible service and would not recommend to anyone. This is the 3rd time this has happened but the first time I was able to speak to someone. Pizza and sides were cold and stale when it finally arrived. Pizza Hut......you just lost another customer and will definitely recommend everyone I know to avoid this shop. Follow up 16/03/2023. The food from this store has given me food poisoning. Only one in the house to eat the wings and chicken pizza and been throwing up since midnight. Ate nothing else since dinner at 8pm last night. Again avoid this Pizza Hut.

Ordered 2 for 1 Pizza on Tuesday to pickup. Worst pizza ever both pizzas hardly had any toppings and uncooked. They hardly used any sauce and taste of sauce was bad. I always buy pizza from D as Dandenong they have best pizza. When went to talk to staff the guy who said he was the manager was very rude person should go for customer service course. He does not know how to talk to customers. Never going back to Narre Warren Pizza Hut again. I would give them 0 star or less if possible

More food on the floor than on the pizza. No staff wearing hair net's and always give wrong type of base. Decided I would pick up to check the pizza rather than deliver. Left a topping off but charged. Got home and realised their was also no drizzle. The customer picking up before me had the wrong base and complained and the guy just looked at him. Seriously something wrong at this store as I have been ordering for a long time but the past year has been terrible. We will never go back.

We usually order every Saturday, 1pm, I order early morning, usually about six hours ahead, today our delivery was forty minutes late, like warm, chips soggy, no apology from driver who threw the bag onto the ground, spiller the contents out and handed it to me, all the while speaking Arabic or something along those lines, we order each week and the usual driver is spot on in time, polite, friendly, we give him $5 tip because you can set your watch by him, if this happens again, good bye Pizza Hut, to many pizza places around that you have to put up with this, on your tracker, the pizza sat in your store for 40 minutes done, hope it doesn't happen again. Ordered pizza and garlic bread for delivery. Only the pizza got delivered, when I asked the driver about the garlic bread he said he would be back but didn’t. Called up the store and was given the run around, and was advised that the driver went home. I asked for a refund which was too much of a hassle so I had to go in to pick up the garlic bread.

Food was cooked from frozen so it was not cooked through enough. I asked for a refund was told no. They replaced my order which turned out the same. They said if it’s cooked any longer it would be burned. That included the Hershey pie. Sad I will not be ordering from this store for the next twelve months.

Not customer friendly . Pizza was burnt on delivery . Poor service . Pizza was not delicious as before . I was a customer of this store previously , never had such an experience. They were not able to take phone orders . When ordered in-store , was asked to wait for 10 mins where as I waited for 25 mins .
