Savoy manage my rentals. They are friendly, professional and thorough, very efficient in getting information to me, always act on my requests and have great streamlined processes which means I have financial and other information at my fingertips. I love having the personal service of a small business, although I rarely have to do much as they seem to be mind readers and have everything under control before I need to, once a tenant is settled. I highly recommend this business.

My wife and I have been fortunate enough to avail ourselves of David Hooper’s skills as an Estate Agent on a few occasions, but this is the first time through his new Savoy Real Estate endeavour. Every time we have followed David’s recommendations regarding marketing & staging we have come out ahead. FAR ahead of what we had hoped for. Selling a house can be a harrowing experience, and David has always been true to his word, and reliable with follow-up phone calls keeping us up to date with the progress of negotiations. Just what is needed to keep your nerves at ease. We cannot recommend David and Savoy Real Estate highly enough. They have our complete confidence.

Outstanding comes to mind !!!!! David Hooper of Savoy Real Estate has again done what 2 other agents couldn't do and exceeded my expectations . This is the second time I have used Savoy Real Estate and I didn't use them initially because they were 60 odd klm from the property, I tried to sell the block of land with 2 other agents but they seemed to just sit around and make up excuses , David discussed the issues , we set the parameters and then Dave did his stuff. I grant it the block wasn't a fast mover as there were a large number of blocks for sale but in the end they came up trumps and I was very happy with the result If you want Honesty , integrity , great feedback and an honest effort in your requirement then I highly recommend Savoy to get the job done at the agreed or exceeding your expectations Savoy have a different approach to dealing with your property and I have not been disappointed in the effort that David has put in to selling both of my properties .10/10 well done !!

David from Savoy Real Estate is the most down to earth Real Estate Agent you will come across. He goes above and beyond to make you experience of buying or selling an easy process at a more than competitive price. I definitely recommend you give him and his team a go, you won't regret it. We switched our property management to Savoy at the beginning of this year after a particularly rough experience with our previous property manager. They have been nothing short of fantastic in helping us deal with the transition and nothing has been too much to ask for them. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a new property manager.
